Warranty and return policy
All iopool products are under warranty for a certain period of time. These legal time limits start from the date of receipt by the customer.
We remind you that iopool products are not intended for use outside the countries of delivery (France, Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands, the United States, Spain). Therefore, iopool cannot guarantee the correct operation of its products outside these countries. The warranty is therefore not applicable in these countries and the buyer takes responsibility in case of failure of one of the products. Moreover, the buyer is responsible for the return of the products.
For all EcO products, including the EcO Start, EcO Start and Connect, EcO Start DuO, EcO Start Repacked and EcO Start XXL packs, you benefit from a 2-year legal warranty.
If you return your EcO Start within 30 days, you are within the legal withdrawal period. You can return your EcO without any particular reason. You will just be asked to:
Untie your EcO with the procedure (Untie your EcO),
Contact us at email@example.com within the deadline,
Return it in its original state, i.e. in very good condition.
We will take care of the return shipping costs.
Once your return is received, your refund will be processed within 15 days.
31 days to 2 years, different cases may arise:
Your probe is faulty for a reason beyond your control, you can contact the iopool team at firstname.lastname@example.org. They will be able to conclude, with the help of the verification means, that your probe has failed and will propose to replace or repair your probe according to your needs.
If your probe is defective due to the installation in a salt pool, the responsibility is transferred to the customer. We do not take in charge the refund.
Your probe fails because it has been in water at <15°C for more than 5 days, the responsibility is transferred to the customer. We do not take charge of the refund but can propose you a replacement module at your expense.
Your probe is faulty because it was left in the open air. The responsibility is transferred to the customer. We do not take charge of the refund but can offer you a replacement module at your expense.
Your probe is defective because it does not take the right measurements, please contact customer support at email@example.com
For accessories and chemicals, you have a maximum warranty of 2 years.
If your product is damaged, please contact customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org
0 to 14 days, you have the possibility to return your accessories or chemicals only if the packaging is not opened. The return is at your expense, not the carrier you want. Here is the address to use in case of return:

All the accessories except the tabs and perishable products are guaranteed up to 2 years.
