How do I check the status of my order?
To check the status of your order, follow these steps:
- Login to your iopool shop account and check your order status.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. This email will contain a tracking number that you can use to monitor the progress of your package.
- Please allow up to 12 hours for the tracking information to become available after receiving the email notification.
If you have not received your order within 10 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@iopool.com. Kindly provide your name and order number, and we will investigate the matter for you."
